Dr. Nash has been involved in athletics his whole life, growing up near Lambeth, Ontario he played hockey through the winter and golf each summer. He is currently an avid golfer and active member of Greenhills Golf Club, enjoys playing hockey on saturdays, kettlebell exercise routines and spending time with his family.
Dr. Nash has worked with a wide range of high level athletes and was a team chiropractor for 2 time OUA championship University of Guelph Track and Field team for their 2020 season.
His goal is to reduce musculoskeletal pain and improve mobility allowing patients to carry out their daily activities, whatever they may be, through patient specific assessment, treatment plans, reassessment and education.
Dr. Nash uses a variety of evidenced based chiropractic techniques to deliver focused treatment to each individual. He is certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), a screen that analyzes movement to determine the root cause of pain and mobility problems. He couples this assessment
technique with Functional Range Release (FR) manual soft tissue therapy and Fascial Movement Taping (FMT) to treat muscles, tendons, ligaments and the surrounding fascia. He is also certified in Graston instrument assisted soft tissue technique. He has advanced certifications in whole foods nutrition as well as sport science and human performance.
